You have horrid relationship building skills. You can have the best product/service, whatever in the world but you don’t treat your current or potential customers as humans. You see them as dollar signs. Let’s face it. They know you want their money, they walked in/called/emailed didn’t they? Now all you need them to do is treat them well. This isn’t really something that needs to be explained. I’ll say this.
